The delivery options available to you will be automatically determined and presented during checkout or when performing a shipping estimation.
Within the UK we offer several shipping options for your convenience and preference.
We offer several delivery options which are presented to you during checkout that you may choose from as follows:
Next Working Day
For a guaranteed next day delivery we offer Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.
Orders must be placed before 14:00 on a working day to qualify.
First Class Signed Service
To ensure your items are delivered with a signed/tracked service we also offer the ability to purchase using Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed-For service.
With this option we expect your items to be delivered within 1-2 working days.
Free Delivery
Our free delivery service is available on all orders within the United Kingdom. This service typically dispatched using Royal Mail's 2nd Class service.
In the case of more expensive items we may choose to dispatch your item using a signed-for service.
Collect from Store
If you're local to our store you may chose to come collect your item. We'll email you to let you know your order is ready to collect.
Typically we expect most local orders to be ready for collection the same day.
Once you've been notified simply bring proof of your order (your invoice/confirmation email) and you will be able to collect at your convenience.
Local Delivery
If you're local to our Gainsborough store we may chose dispatch your item using our own local delivery service which may arrive the same day as you've ordered.
This option isn't currently available for selection, however when we find orders within our delivery radius we will deliver your items using our local service.
Other
In some rare cases, we may use an alternate courier to complete your order if it is not possible to complete your order with the selected option.
