Any order placed and paid for before 14:00 on Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched that day, after 14:00 and weekends we will dispatch your item(s) the next working day.
We will only dispatch an item once payment has cleared. If your payment has not cleared the order will not be dispatched until it has been cleared.
If you purchase multiple items in the same order we will usually package them together for delivery.
All of our items are checked for any faults prior to being dispatched.
While we try to ensure all items are in stock and ready for dispatch, if we find we have made a mistake or discover a damaged item we will contact you as soon as we find out about the mistake or fault.
The time it takes for your order to be delivered may be dependant on the delivery option you chose when placing your order.
Typically Royal Mail 1st class signed-for will arrive the first working day after they have been dispatched. However, Royal Mail cannot guarantee this.
If you have purchased an item and it has not arrived within reasonable time please contact our support team and they will help and try to resolve the issue.
In the event of a missing item we will provide proof of postage and contact the courier as to find out the status of the item.
If it is found that the item has been lost by the courier then we will either refund the amount the customer has paid or we will send the order again with a replacement item where available.
Eternal Goth provides a free postage option as a gesture of good will, Eternal Goth will ship selected orders for free via Royal Mail.
Items shipped for free typically get dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class as such may take a few days to arrive.
Free delivery orders are provided under the same delivery conditions mentioned above.
If you are not happy with an item once you have received it please contact us within 14 days of the date you received it, to request an exchange or refund. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days commencing from the day after receipt. The item(s) must be then returned within 14 days from the date you contact us to cancel and request the refund or exchange.
To contact us for a return please use the returns page that can be found in the footer of our website under Customer Service.
You will be responsible for any postage costs for the return of items unless otherwise stated by us.
If you are not from within the United Kingdom please ensure you speak to your delivery company and fill out all paperwork necessary and correctly mark the item as a return, failure to do so may result in non-delivery and the item(s) being rejected or destroyed.
We cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that are lost in delivery to us, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the packages are sent to us as recorded delivery.
All Items must be returned in their original condition. We will not accept returns if they are wilfully damaged or dirty. If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been worn, soiled, smoked in or covered in deodorant, pet hair, or make-up it will be sent back to you and you will be charged for the shipping.
Any item which is found to have been delivered faulty will be either refunded or replaced after being checked by Eternal Goth.
You must return all items exactly as they were when you received them.
If your return is accepted we will provide you with a full refund to the value of your order.
If you have any questions at all about returns please do not hesitate to contact us.
Items which have not been signed for, or collected by the customer may be returned to Eternal Goth by the respective carrier selected at point of purchase by the customer.
When we receive the item back we will contact the customer immediately, the customer then has 30 days from the day of contact to respond to us, where he/she may request redelivery or a refund.
The customer will be required to pay a second postage fee to arrange for redelivery.
If the customer does not respond within 30 days we will cancel the order and issue a refund. We reserve the right to resell the item to another customer once the order has been cancelled and refunded.
We have security mechanisms, polices and other measures in place that protect your personal data in compliance with the "General Data Protection Regulation" and we agree that we will meet all of the General Data Protection Regulation's requirements.
We collect your information when you provide us with your data using our online forms and agree to our privacy policy and Terms & Conditions.
We do not buy or trade data with any third parties as such we will only have the information which you have directly provided to us.
If you have never used our service(s) or contacted us before then we do not hold any information about you.

If you believe information you have provided is no longer accurate we offer the ability for you to update your information. You may update all of the information we hold about you on your edit account pages or notify us of necessary changes.
