What is your In-Store returns policy?

If you are not happy with an item, please contact us within 30 days of the date you purchased it, to request an exchange or refund.

All Items must be returned in their original condition. We will not accept returns if they are wilfully damaged or dirty. If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been broken, damaged, worn, soiled, smoked in or covered in deodorant, pet hair, or make-up the return will be refused.

If your return is accepted we will provide you with a full refund or the ability to exchange your item to the value of your purchase.
