Online Returns Policy

if you are not happy with an item once you have received it please contact us within 14 days of the date you received it, to request an exchange or refund. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days commencing from the day after receipt. The item(s) must be then returned within 14 days from the date you contact us to cancel and request the refund or exchange.

To contact us for a return please use the returns page that can be found in the footer of our website under Customer Service.

You will be responsible for any postage costs for the return of items unless otherwise stated by us.

If you are not from within the United Kingdom please ensure you speak to your delivery company and fill out all paperwork necessary and correctly mark the item as a return, failure to do so may result in non-delivery and the item(s) being rejected or destroyed.

We cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that are lost in delivery to us, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the packages are sent to us as recorded delivery.

All Items must be returned in their original condition. We will not accept returns if they are wilfully damaged or dirty. If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been worn, soiled, smoked in or covered in deodorant, pet hair, or make-up it will be sent back to you and you will be charged for the shipping.

Any item which is found to have been delivered faulty will be either refunded or replaced after being checked by Eternal Goth.

You must return all items exactly as they were when you received them.

If your return is accepted we will provide you with a full refund to the value of your order.

In-Store Returns Policy

All Items must be returned in their original condition. We will not accept returns if they are wilfully damaged or dirty. If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been broken, damaged, worn, soiled, smoked in or covered in deodorant, pet hair, or make-up the return will be refused.

If your return is accepted we will provide you with a full refund or the ability to exchange your item to the value of your purchase.
