I didn't receive an order confirmation email, where is it?

Emails are sent immediately after your order is completed, if you've not received your email shortly after you've placed your order we recommend checking any spam/junk folders for our emails.

In most cases the email has been sent successfully to you, but is hidden away in your spam/junk folders, we've noticed this is most often the case with Gmail and Hotmail accounts.
